Abstract Landscapes
Abstract landscapes are generally not in my taste, but I have to admit that it has its place. I could not in good concience feel that my site was complete without my own "Ode to the Abstract".
The abstract covers nearly every other category addressed on this site - from Winter to Summer, from Sunset to Autumn. I will start with a collection of colorful paintings by
Jaison Cianelli.
I especially enjoyed his "Bursting Sun" and "Autumn Falls" works.

I have also been introduced to
the abstract paintings of Ana Cabrera Grohs.
Her swirling images give a flurry of movement to the most peaceful of settings. Like Cyndee Poole from the Tropical page, Ana has a moon series of her own which gives a haunting allure to her night seas.
Continuing my search, I found
Carolyn Naiman, the Abstract Landscapes.

She even has a unique website setup to display her many works. I especially enjoyed her muted style, the gentle colors that mix together effortlessly.
